All work to be completed requires full base payment (IE: Game recovery requires $200.00 payment plus mileage up front).  Complete payment for any additional flight time is expected once service is completed unless otherwise agreed upon, in which case a bill will be sent and expected to be paid by the agreed upon payment date.
